150g Cap Kompang
½ tsp baking powder
125g butter
100g icing sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla essence |
- Preheat over to 180°C.
- Mix sifted flour and baking powder together.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in egg yolk and vanilla essence.
- Add in sifted flour into mixture to form soft dough.
- Put dough into a cookie press and press shapes out onto greased baking sheets and bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until light and golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes before placing the cookies onto a wire rack to cool completely.
