225g Cap Kompang
300g melted chocolate
30g cocoa powder
300g chopped walnuts
450g butter
450g sugar
7 eggs
½ tsp baking powder
Vanilla essence to taste |
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Cream the butter and sugar at medium speed. Add eggs gradually and mix well till creamy.
- Slowly add in the melted chocolate, coco powder and vanilla essence.
- Add in flour, baking powder and walnuts into the chocolate batter and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking pan (35.5 x 31.5 x 5 cm) and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. The extra melted chocolate makes a perfect topping.
