100g Cap Kompang
100g margarine
90g sugar
2 eggs |
- Beat sugar and margarine until pale white.
- Add in eggs in 2 portions then beat until the batter becomes smooth and creamy.
- Blend in sifted flour and beat until uniform batter.
- Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan (5½” x 9½” x 2½”) at 185-190°C until the top of cake springs back when lightly pressed.
